Eaglevlei Brut Méthode Cap Classique 2014
Eaglevlei is a Family Owned Boutique Winery located in the Stellenbosch Wine Valley of South Africa. We only produce limited quantities of hand crafted wine.
This Méthode Cap Classique is produced from top quality Pinot Noir (68%) and Chardonnay (32%) grapes, picked at optimum ripeness and Vinified with the greatest of care. The vines are located in the Tulbagh Wine Valley surrounded by the Witzenberg, Winterhoek and Saronsberg mountains. Minimal interference with the Natural Vinification process allows for an elegant well balanced wine. This MCC was made according to the Traditional Method and the Second Fermentation took place in this bottle. Only 2632 bottles were bottled for the Second Fermentation.
